Q How do I exchange or return a helmet?

A Box up the helmet and include a note that has a copy of your invoice and a note that describes what you would like done. If you don't have the invoice be sure to include you name, address, and phone number. You can also call us (407-857-5343), or email us ahead of time to let us know you will be returning or exchanging the helmet.

Q How do I get repairs done?

A Same as a return or exchange. Just send it back to us with a note included.

Q What is the cost of repairs or replacement parts for my helmet?

A There is no charge for repairs or replacement parts just for the shipping back to you.

Q Where do I ship my helmet for repair, exchange, or refund?
