Return Policy

The helmet can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving it as long as it has not been altered or damaged.

Once you receive your helmet and you find it does not fit, it's the wrong color, or it's just not what you want you can send it back for exchange or refund (minus shipping)

Should your helmets need a new liner, edging, strap, or buckle you can send it in to have these components replaced.

Helmets that need attention due to cosmetic damage can be sent in for repairs and we will do our best to improve the appearance of your helmet. (Helmets that receive damage due to an impact from an accident cannot be repaired)

To return, Box up the helmet and include a note that has a copy of your invoice and a note that describes what you would like done. If you don't have the invoice be sure to include you name, address, and phone number. You can also call us, or email us ahead of time to let us know you will be returning or exchanging the helmet.
